David R. Gelbert Esq.
David R. Gelbert is of counsel at Kaufman, Semeraro, Bern, Deutsch & Leibman, LLP and an original founding partner of the firm’s predecessor, Kaufman, Gelbert and Bern. Mr. Gelbert specializes in residential and commercial real estate transactions, business law matters, community association law, title insurance law and banking law. Mr. Gelbert also has extensive experience handling land use and zoning matters and represented several municipal planning boards throughout Bergen County.
Mr. Gelbert has previously served as President and Vice President of the Greater Fort Lee Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as Executive Vice President and COO of Royal Abstract of New York, LLC and Royal Abstract Corp. of New Jersey.
Mr. Gelbert received his B.B.A. from George Washington University and his J.D. from the University of Bridgeport. Mr. Gelbert is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the United States District Court of New Jersey, and is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association and American Bar Association.
